*** Top 3% Globally Ranked Christian Podcast!***
Do you feel like no matter how hard you try to make things perfect, you never feel like you do enough… or are enough?
Do you spend most of your time performing or "faking" confidence while battling a harsh inner critic?
Do you find the pain or loss of your past still affecting you and your relationships today?
You’re not broken.
And you’re not alone.
This podcast is for Christian women who want to find their identity and worth in Christ, so they can grow closer to God, build healthy relationships, and stop carrying everything alone.
Here, we talk about:
- Applying spiritual weapons + biblical healing verses,
- Regulating emotions + nervous system regulation,
- And renewing your mind in Christ with scriptural mindset tools.
This is a space where you don’t have to be “the strong one.”
You don’t have to earn rest.
You don’t have to have it all together.
Hey, I’m Micaiah Gray—a Christian woman, wife, mom, and a healed daughter of the King.
For years, I was the one who held it all together alone—while I struggled with my childhood trauma, self-criticism, anxiety, perfectionism, emotional overwhelm, and feeling disconnected from myself… and sometimes even from God.
For a long time, I unknowingly built my identity around my childhood trauma and the things others had said about me. I believed that who I was was shaped by my past, my pain, and my mistakes. This led me to go through seasons of depression and anxiety that made me pull away from others.
I tried therapy, an array of unhealthy coping mechanisms (binge eating, overusing electronics, numbing, drinking, vaping, etc.), and even walked away from God at one point… but it all left me feeling more broken and alone.
Everything began to change when God started showing me who I actually was according to His Word. As God healed my relationship with Him and with myself, everything else began to shift. Gradually, my confidence, my peace, my marriage, my parenting, and my ability to receive love and support were affected too. Now, I help women like you experience that same healing, using the simple tools I teach here on the podcast.
This podcast is for you if you:
- Are hard on yourself and struggle with your sense of self
- Experience painful memories, loss, or broken relationships
- Want to grow closer to God without guilt, fear, or perfectionism
- Long for healthy, connected relationships—but don’t know how to get there
I’ll be here for you twice a week to teach you simple tools to renew your mind in Christ, regulate your emotions, and see yourself the way God sees you.
So grab your coffee, open your journal, take a deep breath—and let’s walk this healing journey together.
You don’t have to be strong here.
You just have to be willing. 🩵

Are you a Christian wife longing for your husband to step into spiritual leadership—but feeling discouraged, disconnected, or even resentful that he won’t? What directions does scripture give to wives of husbands who don't lead spiritually? Looking for Bible Scriptures as a Wife? Wondering what the husband's spiritual leader's verses say?
In this episode, we explore what it means to be a biblical wife according to 1 Peter 3 and how God invites us to honor Him even when our marriage doesn’t look like we imagined.
Micaiah walks through a powerful 1 Peter 3 commentary, revealing what the Bible really says about submission, respect, and spiritual influence in marriage. Whether you're a newlywed seeking Christian marriage advice for newlyweds or you've been walking through years of emotional distance, this conversation offers real, biblical hope.
This episode is especially for the wife who’s asking:

Where is marriage in the Bible?
-
What does the Bible say about a quarrelsome wife?
-
How can I respect my husband when he isn’t leading?
-
What does a godly wife in the Bible actually do when she feels alone?
We unpack what it looks like to live out your biblical wife role, including the bible verse "wife respect your husband", and the deeper meaning of a gentle and quiet spirit. You’ll also learn why trying to take over your husband's role can sabotage your connection—and how stepping back into your God-given place can restore Christian marriage intimacy and trust.
If you’ve ever wondered what the Christian wife duties really are or how to embody the biblical wife characteristics modeled by the virtuous woman in Proverbs, this episode is for you.
In This Episode You’ll Learn:
-
What the Bible says about a wife’s role in marriage
-
The connection between a wife’s respect and her husband’s spiritual growth
-
What it truly means to submit to your husband (biblically—not culturally!)
-
Why Christian marriage emotional abuse must never be justified by Scripture, but how it might actually just be a lack of respect and a presence of fleshly pride in your marriage.
-
How to live out the 'honor your husband' Bible verses and not lose yourself
-
How to become the best Christian wife you can be without shame or striving
-
Why biblical woman characteristics are not weakness, but spiritual strength
