Are you on an emotional healing journey with God?
Do you feel like no matter how hard you try to make things perfect, you never feel like you do enough… or are enough?
Do you spend most of your time performing or "faking" confidence while battling a harsh inner critic?
Do you find the pain or loss of your past still affecting you and your relationships today?
You’re not broken.
And you’re not alone.
This podcast is for Christian women who want to find their identity and worth in Christ, so they can grow closer to God, build healthy relationships, and stop carrying everything alone.
Here, we talk about:
- Applying spiritual weapons + biblical healing verses,
- Regulating emotions + nervous system regulation,
- And renewing your mind in Christ with scriptural mindset tools.
This is a space where you don’t have to be “the strong one.”
You don’t have to earn rest.
You don’t have to have it all together.
Hey, I’m Micaiah Gray—a Christian woman, wife, mom, and a healed daughter of the King.
For years, I was the one who held it all together alone—while I struggled with my childhood trauma, self-criticism, anxiety, perfectionism, emotional overwhelm, and feeling disconnected from myself… and sometimes even from God.
For a long time, I unknowingly built my identity around my childhood trauma and the things others had said about me. I believed that who I was was shaped by my past, my pain, and my mistakes. This led me to go through seasons of depression and anxiety that made me pull away from others.
I tried therapy, an array of unhealthy coping mechanisms (binge eating, overusing electronics, numbing, drinking, vaping, etc.), and even walked away from God at one point… but it all left me feeling more broken and alone.
Everything began to change when God started showing me who I actually was according to His Word. As God healed my relationship with Him and with myself, everything else began to shift. Gradually, my confidence, my peace, my marriage, my parenting, and my ability to receive love and support were affected too. Now, I help women like you experience that same healing, using the simple tools I teach here on the podcast.
This podcast is for you if you:
- Are hard on yourself and struggle with your sense of self
- Experience painful memories, loss, or broken relationships
- Want to grow closer to God without guilt, fear, or perfectionism
- Long for healthy, connected relationships—but don’t know how to get there
I’ll be here for you twice a week to teach you simple tools to renew your mind in Christ, regulate your emotions, and see yourself the way God sees you.
So grab your coffee, open your journal, take a deep breath—and let’s walk this healing journey together.
You don’t have to be strong here.
You just have to be willing. 🩵

Why Am I So Exhausted & What Is a Trauma Response?
Does life feel like a never-ending uphill climb, leaving you drained and defeated? If you’ve experienced trauma, this exhaustion isn’t just in your head—it’s rooted in your body, mind, and spirit. Trauma rewires your nervous system, leaving you stuck in survival mode.
But here’s the best part: you don’t have to live this way.
In this episode of Reviving Christian Families, we’re diving deep into the connection between trauma and chronic exhaustion.
You’ll discover:
✦ Why trauma survivors often feel physically and emotionally depleted—and what hypervigilance and nervous system dysregulation have to do with it.
✦ How unacknowledged emotional labor and muscle tension drain your energy daily.
✦ The role of cortisol, adrenaline, and the body’s fight, flight, freeze, or fawn responses in keeping you stuck.
✦ Practical, faith-led steps to calm your mind and body, including grounding techniques, prayer, and small daily shifts.
We’ll also unpack what trauma responses look like in real life—whether it’s snapping at loved ones, avoiding conflict, or feeling paralyzed by decisions—and how God’s design allows for healing and restoration through awareness, support, and His truth.
